The Louisiana Public Facilities Authority Board of Trustees gave approval at its September meeting for the issuance of up to $30 million in bonds for Louisiana Key Academy, which has three tuition-free public charter schools serving students in grades 1-8 in Baton Rouge, Covington and Shreveport.
