LPFA Board approves up to $30M in bonds for Louisiana Key Academy schools
The Louisiana Public Facilities Authority Board of Trustees gave approval at its September meeting for the issuance of up to $30 million in bonds for Louisiana Key Academy, which has three tuition-free public charter schools serving students in grades 1-8 in Baton Rouge, Covington and Shreveport.
The bond assets will finance the acquisition, construction, equipping and furnishing of:
- Louisiana Key Academy – Baton Rouge, located at 5015 Auto Plex Drive in Baton Rouge
- Louisiana Key Academy – Caddo, located at 261 Arthur Avenue in Shreveport
- Louisiana Key Academy – Northshore, located at 2391 Privette Boulevard in Covington
