Recently Issued Bonds

The proceeds from this bond sale were used to provide the state with matching funds necessary to obtain capitalization grant awards from the United States Environmental Protection Agency in connection with the State’s Municipal Facilities Revolving Loan Fund Program.

The proceeds from this bond sale were used for the acquisition and equipping of new collection vehicles, trucks, trailers, and solid waste disposal facilities, including landfills, containers and related equipment and computers; the acquisition of certain solid waste recycling sorting and processing equipment; the acquisition construction and improvement and equipping of certain solid waste disposal facilities including related compressed natural gas infrastructure, collection, transfer, recycling and customer care facilities; certain landfill acquisition and development costs general improvements and cost of general improvements; in each owned, managed and/or operated by the Corporation located in the following parishes: Ascension Parish, Calcasieu Parish, East Baton Rouge Parish, Jefferson Parish, Lafayette Parish, Lafourche Parish, Plaquemines Parish, St. Charles Parish, St. Tammany Parish, West Baton Rouge Parish.

For the purpose of financing all or a portion of: (i) the planning, design, acquisition, development, construction, furnishing and equipping of student housing facilities consisting of approximately 1,100 beds, together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, furnishings, equipment and associated site infrastructure and amenities necessary for the operation thereof, (ii) the planning, design, acquisition, development and construction of certain parking and transportation facilities and other facilities, infrastructure, or construction activities, together with all improvements, fixtures, furnishings, equipment and associated site infrastructure and amenities necessary for the operation thereof to be located on land owned by the Board and leased by the Board of the Company; (iii) the planning, design and development costs associated with the future phases of the Board’s ongoing plan for student housing and related student support facilities: (iv) a reserve fund, if deemed necessary to market the Bonds; (iii) capitalized interest, if any; and (iv) costs of issuance of the Bonds.

The purpose of (i) financing the acquisition of Lafayette Renaissance Charter Academy, a kindergarten through twelfth grade, tuition free, public charter school in youngsville, Louisiana, (ii) funding one or more reserve funds, if necessary, and (iii) paying the costs of issuance of the Bonds

The purpose of (i) financing the acquisition of Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy, a kindergarten through twelfth grade, tuition free, public charter school in youngsville, Louisiana, (ii) funding one or more reserve funds, if necessary, and (iii) paying the costs of issuance of the Bonds

For the purpose of, together with any other available funds of the Foundation, (i) paying or reimbrusing the Foundation for the cost of acquiring, constructing, equipping, maintaing, installin and/or upgrading certain improvements to Ochsner Medical Center, including an inpatient children’s tower, a neuroscience clinical building, the parking garage and the Gayle and Tom Benson Cancer Center, Ochsner Elmwood Hospital, Ochsner Medical Center Baton Rouge, Ochsner Medical Center Kenner, Ochsner Clinic Covington, Lafayette General Medical Center, and/or paying reimbursing the Foundation for said costs and the cost of acquiring, constructing, equipping, maintaining, installing and/or upgrading health care and related facilities (including without limitation hospital, clinic, outpatient and
medical office facilities) in the State.

The proceeds from this bond sale were used to provide the state with match funds necessary to obtain capitalization grant awards from the United States Environmental Protection Agency in connection with the State’s Drinking Water Revolving Loan Program.

The proceeds from this bond sale were used to finance critical upgrades to Savoy Medical Center and the cost of issuance of the bonds.

The proceeds from this bond sale were used to refund and restructure LPFA Tax-Exempt Revenue Bonds Series 2011A for the Lake Charles Charter Academy Foundation; and LPFA Tax-Exempt Revenue Bonds Series 2013 for Southwest Louisiana Charter Academy. These facilities are located in Calcasieu parish.

The proceeds from this bond sale were used to finance the relocation, planning, equipping and construction of a crime laboratory with the Department of Public Safety Administrative Complex. The facility will be located in East Baton Rouge Parish.

The proceeds from this bond sale were used to finance the cost to design, construct, and maintain a replacement I-10 Calcasieu River Bridge in Lake Charles, LA.

The proceeds from this bond sale were used to finance the cost of constructing, installing, acquiring, equipping, furnishing, and renovating infrastructure and capital expenditures throughout the campuses of the University of Louisiana.  This includes but is not limited to enterprise resource planning systems, housing improvements, medical center conversion to provide a nursing school, administration offices and additional education facilities, and improvements at the facilities at Tulane University of Louisiana.

The proceeds from this bond sale were used to finance the acquisition, construction and development of a renewable diesel production facility located in Geismar, LA within Ascension parish.

The proceeds from the bond sale were used to finance the acquisition of land and existing facilities for Athlos Academy of Jefferson Parish Charter School.  Athlos Academy is a tuition-free public charter school located in Terrytown, LA.
