Emily Spears

Emily Spears assists the VP of Economic and Program Development and the Vice President of Marketing and Program Development in conceptualizing, developing, and implementing communications strategy.

Spears also assists the executive team in developing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure, including but not limited to network infrastructure, enterprise systems, client systems and telecommunications. Spears serves as the point of contact for information technology, web development, and public information.

Spears joined the LPFA in 2006.
