Crescent City Schools Project

The proceeds from this bond sale were used for the purpose of financing a project consisting of: (i) refinancing one or more loans associated with the acquisition of land and the construction, equipping, and furnishing of the Harriet Tubman Charter School, a Pre-K through Eighth grade, tuition free, public charter school located at 2701 Lawrence St. in New Orleans, LA, including facilities for special education programs; (ii) financing the construction, equipping, and furnishing of additional facilities for special education programs owned by the Borrower; (iii) funding a Reserve Account; and (iv) paying the costs of issuance of the Series 2026 bonds.
