Southern University – Scott’s Bluff Housing Project

The proceeds from this bond sale were used to provide funds to finance construction, equipping, and furnishing of student housing facilities at the campus of Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College in Baton Rouge, including capitalized interest, funding a reserve fund and paying the costs of issuance.
