Financing for First Phase of Southern University Student Housing Project Gets LPFA Board Approval

The Louisiana Public Facilities Authority Board of Trustees cleared the way at its May meeting for the issuance of $60 million in bonds for the first phase of a new student housing project on the Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College campus in Baton Rouge.
