Hynes LSU-New Orleans Charter School approved for bond issuance of up to $40 million

The LPFA Board of Trustees approved a resolution at its August meeting to advance the issuance of up to $40 million in bonds associated with Hynes LSU-New Orleans Charter School, a kindergarten through eighth grade, tuition free, public charter school located on the LSU-New Orleans campus.

A portion of the bond proceeds will fund the design, construction and equipping of additional facilities for the school at 1901 Leon C. Simon Drive in New Orleans.
